Jingjun Bi is a faculty member at the North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. She earned her PhD in Informatics Engineering (Cum Laude, with International Doctorate Distinction) from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), under the supervision of Professor Fadi Dornaika. She is developing a multi-view image data processing framework for critical areas of national economic and social development, such as hydrological monitoring in smart water management, video surveillance in smart cities, and environmental perception in autonomous driving.
